My poor wife hurt her hand and has been out of commission. So my sweet mother-in-law picked us up a week's worth of pre-made meals from Absolute Catering, to help out with our busy schedules. It was so convenient, the instructions were easy to understand and we were BLOWN away with the taste and quality! The pulled pork tasted like baby back ribs and wasn't too saucy, and the steak and mushroom pie had the most tender beef and flaky pastry. Even enjoyed the mac and cheese, coconut curry and more. Thanks Absolute Catering! You made a tough week into a delicious experiment. We want seconds, lol
Food is overpriced garbage. If they cater in your workplace like mine be prepared to tell them how to do their job and then expect to spend half of your lunch break waiting for them to undercook your fries. The food should be free considering the quality of it and the service provided. $2.75 for a single chocolate bar! Don't waste your money or lunch breaks on this sad company.
Absolute Catering provided the food for my son’s wedding this past weekend. The vegan curry was amazing! It’s been a few days, and I’m still wishing I had brought a to-go container with me! Thank you so much the incredible service and delicious food!
Absolute catering is the absolute worst! Would never recommend will never return. Requested a beautiful hot served meal for a special occasion, the food was not hot but cold, i called immediately they had apologized for the error and advised the temperature and length of time to heat up. But it doesnt end there to my shock as my guests cut into the chicken they were all raw on the inside and obviously not cooked by the catering company. I was so upset and embarresed i apologized to my guests as i now had to order a pizza to serve. I took all the food right back to Absolute Catering to show the uncooked raw chicken they wanted me to serve my guests. They then proceeded to tell me i should have cooked a bit longer. They obviously dont know the meaning of catering if i wanted to cook my own meal i would have cooked my own meal. I wasted 2 hrs out of the day heating up food which wasnt even cooked then i had to return all the food as it was raw. The only decent thing they did was provide me a full refund. Thanks to Johnny's pizza my guests were fed!
We chose Absolute Catering to cater our wedding, and we’re so glad we did. The food was phenomenal, our guests are still talking about it. The service was wonderful. We had planned a cocktail hour with appetizers for our guests while we completed our photos, and the staff made an effort to find us on the property to make sure we ate. Beth was easy to work with and created a menu that would satisfy the masses while respecting dietary restrictions. Highly recommend for any catered event.
Beth was so helpful and wonderful to work with. She recommended the perfect menu for a recent work event. The setup was right on time and the food was fabulous - everyone loved it. I highly recommend Absolute Catering. We will definitely be using them for future events.
Meat lasagna is excellent and become a family favourite. One of the best I’ve come across. The flavour is incredible and it’s very balanced with adequate meat to cheese. Veggie lasagna we had was an eggplant base and it was not so great unfortunately - eggplant was so overwhelming, overcooked and rubbery.
