Victoria was equally fantastic - friendly, professional, and thorough in explaining every detail. Although our truck was on stop-sale due to a recall at the time of purchase, Steve ensured it was fully taken care of before delivery and has continued to be helpful well beyond the sale. The front desk staff were also friendly and attentive. On delivery day, Steve and Victoria once again took their time with us, going through the paperwork and walking us through the features of our new vehicle. We never felt rushed or treated like just a number, but more like family. 10/10 experience.
My truck is super nice except for the fact that I believe their detailer is using the wrong clothes. I washed my truck and was doing a wax when I noticed very fine scratches on the clear coat. Truck is a brand new 2025 f 150. I had thought I had done it myself and was very upset. I had stopped once I had noticed the scratches. I hadn't touched the roof of the truck, hood or tailgate. After a week of being very upset and deciding to investigate further and found the same scratches on the roof and hood. So I started to think Mabey it's just how the paint was and decided to go check out another dealership but the dealership vehicles in Owen sound did not have any of the same scratches on all of their brand new vehicles. I checked the roof I checked the hoods I checked everywhere. So given it has all the same scratches even on the spots I hadn't touched I'm left to assume that it was their detailer so my advice is these guys are awesome at selling you a truck I'm sure they do awesome maintenance on the truck but for God's sake stay away from their detailer
